Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data MyDrobe collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 3 July 2026
MyDrobe ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy applies to the MyDrobe iOS app and this website. By using MyDrobe, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Photos and content you provide
MyDrobe lets you photograph clothing and yourself to build a digital wardrobe and generate outfits. These images, and the outfits and flat lays you generate, are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced privately through your own Apple iCloud account. We do not store your personal wardrobe on our own servers.
Data processed for AI features
When you use an AI feature, the selected images and prompt are sent securely to our AI provider to generate your result. See our AI Processing page for full detail. Your images are not used to train AI models.
Usage and diagnostic data
We use analytics and crash-reporting tools (including Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring) to understand how the app is used and to fix problems. This may include device model, operating system version, app version, and anonymised interaction events. If you contact support, you may choose to include diagnostic information to help us assist you.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and managed on our behalf by RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status but never your payment card details, which are handled entirely by Apple.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the app's features.
- To generate the AI images and ratings you request.
- To maintain, improve and troubleshoot the app.
- To manage subscriptions and entitlements.
- To send optional notifications you have opted into.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that make the app work: our AI provider (Google Gemini), Google Firebase (backend, analytics and crash reporting), Apple and RevenueCat (subscriptions). We share only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications (for example reminders or new-feature announcements). You can disable these at any time in your device settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Because your wardrobe is stored on your device and in your own iCloud, you can delete it directly in the app. For anything else, see Account & Data Deletion or contact us.
Children
MyDrobe is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
