These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyDrobe app and website. By downloading or using MyDrobe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using MyDrobe

MyDrobe provides AI-powered tools to organise your wardrobe and generate outfit images, flat lays and ratings. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app. You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to use any images you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images of other people without their consent, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its backend services.
• Use the app to create misleading, harmful, or deceptive imagery.

AI-generated content

MyDrobe uses AI to generate images and ratings. Results are produced automatically and may not always be accurate or as expected. AI outputs are provided for personal, informational and creative use only, and should not be relied upon as professional styling, sizing or purchasing advice.

Subscriptions

MyDrobe offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Free allowances and fair-use limits may apply and can change over time.

Intellectual property

The MyDrobe app, brand and design are owned by us. You retain rights to the photos you upload and the images you generate for your personal use, subject to these Terms and the rights of any third parties.

Disclaimer & liability

MyDrobe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
